1. Warranty and Guarantee

The warranty period for bicycles is defined below. If the customer identifies non-human damage within the warranty period, replacement parts will be supplied free of charge.

After the warranty period expires, replacement parts and shipping costs will be charged. All bicycles sold are factory-new products, and all components match original specifications.

Accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price and are not covered by warranty, except in DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases.

Second-hand and modified e-bikes are not covered under warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage

Conditions Not Covered

  • Failure to follow instruction manual
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Improper use, storage or accidents
  • Third-party repair costs without approval
  • Minor scratches or packaging damage
  • Consumable parts (tires, brakes, etc.)
  • Returns without prior approval

3. Warranty Claim Process

  • Step 1: Take photos or videos of the issue
  • Step 2: Send description, order number and proof
  • Step 3: Diagnosis and solution provided
  • Step 4: Troubleshooting may be required
  • Step 5: Replacement parts shipped
  • Step 6: Local repair costs covered if pre-approved

Repair timeframe: Up to 3 weeks if collected and repaired by us.
